Tolkien in Ten: Eärendil

This is a new, short segment I want to try called "Tolkien in Ten."  The idea is to give a short, simplified, ten-minute summary of an important figure in Tolkien's extensive mythology--meant to be accessible to those who have not read The Silmarillion, etc.  Feel free to leave any feedback at InklingsVarietyHour@gmail.com.  

This week, we're looking at Eärendil, who is one of the most important figures in Tolkien's myth.
